I have many stories of Br. Andrew – but one that my daughter reminisced was from five years ago when my daughter was 6-years old and Br. Andrew invited our family to stay at the Institute. We were touched by the compassion that was clearly evident between the children, the teachers and staff. Br. Andrew cultivated this safe space for everyone. Any interaction with him was always spiritual – he really embodied love and exuded a joyful spirit and being around him was always comforting. He leaves a legacy of recognizing the dignity of each person. We will miss him.
